As a Mental Health Therapist and Licensed Social Worker, the journey to authentically arriving is so important to me. I was not always the woman you see today. I am still arriving right before my own eyes. Somedays I completely amaze myself and other days I drive off with my coffee on the roof of my car.

The journey God has called me to walk, coupled with my life experiences have given me the opportunity to pick up some "Chyna Gems" along the way. These Gems were Earned through purposed pain birthed into healed wisdom.
